Nainital, The lake city of India, is one of the most beautiful hill stations in India. Naina Peak

At a height of 8,579 ft above the sea level, The Naina peak is the highest point of the Nainital district. It is also labeled as china's peak by the locals of Nainital. This culminating place offers breathtaking views of the entire city.

The cable car will drop you till Snow viewpoint, the rest of the way is on foot, or you can take a horse till the mountain top. Reaching the top of the peak gives the entire view of the city & the lake from here appears like a mango. One can also witness the Himalayas from this point. It's preferred to take some of the snacks n drinks with you as there aren't any shops at the top.

     How to reach Nainital

• You can take a Bus or a cab directly from Delhi to Nainital (if found), else Delhi to Haldwani(that u'll get for sure). Nainital is about 40Km from Haldwani. Then a bus or cab from Haldwani to Nainital.

• There are Trains from Delhi to Haldwani on a Daily basis. Delhi to Haldwani(290Km) in train and then Haldwani to Nainital (rest 40 Km) in cab or bus.
