The cable car will drop you till Snow viewpoint, the rest of the way is on foot, or you can take a horse till the mountain top. Reaching the top of the peak gives the entire view of the city & the lake from here appears like a mango. One can also witness the Himalayas from this point. It's preferred to take some of the snacks n drinks with you as there aren't any shops at the top.

- You can take a Bus or a cab directly from Delhi to Nainital (if found), else Delhi to Haldwani(that u'll get for sure). Nainital is about 40Km from Haldwani. Then a bus or cab from Haldwani to Nainital.
- There are Trains from Delhi to Haldwani on a Daily basis. Delhi to Haldwani(290Km) in train and then Haldwani to Nainital (rest 40 Km) in cab or bus.
